The Process
Entries will be open for all categories on MONDAY 30th JANUARY 2023. The deadline for all entries is FRIDAY 26TH MAY 2023. Anyone can nominate an individual or organisation in any of the categories. You can nominate for more than one category.
The entries will be scored independently. The top 5 average scores in each category will be selected as the finalists for each award. The finalists will be announced MONDAY 5TH JUNE 2023. The judge reserve the right to only shortlist those companies who stand a genuine chance of winning, therefore each category will be consist of a maximum of 5 companies.
All finalist applicants will be invited to a short 10-minute video interview. The interview can either be over video call or in Rich Media Group’s studio in Stockport.
The judging panel will then view the applicant’s 10-minute video interview and will decide who their winner is for each category. The event manager will then total up the scores and whoever has the highest score in each category wins, which will be announced at the award show on FRIDAY 1st SEPTEMBER 2023
The video interview will be edited and condensed down to a 30 second video clip which will be played at the award show, before announcing the winner.
All finalist applicants MUST purchase at least two award tickets. Award tickets are £130 per person. See below for more information about award tickets.

Nominating someone or yourself is quick and easy, simply navigate the tab ‘enter the awards’ at the top of the page and fill out the online form.
Entries cost £30 per category entered
Entries can either be typed into the form box provided or a file can be attached.
Tips on your entry:
- Make your entry stands out to the judges, for example by creating a PowerPoint or a video
- Ensure you write enough information about your company so the judges know exactly what the company does and why should they win (if this is a typed entry, 300 or more words)
- Follow the judging criteria to make sure you hit all the points that should be included in your entry
- Take your time with your entry as the judges can tell when it has been rushed
We will contact the the person who has entered via email confirming the nomination, to check whether the details we have are correct and we will send an invoice for the application fee. You will not be entered into the awards until you have paid the entry fee.
There is a maximum of 5 companies or individuals in each category.
The shortlist will be announced MONDAY 5TH JUNE 2023
Yes, you can enter as many awards as you like, however we suggest ensuring you spend time writing different points that you feel is relevant to each award.
The awards will be taking place on FRIDAY 1ST SEPTEMBER 2023 at Hotel Brooklyn.
Award tickets are £130 per person.
This includes a full award show night at the venue, Hotel Brooklyn in city centre Manchester. The ticket will include a drinks reception, 3-course dinner, entertainment, and award show.
At least two tickets must be purchased if you have been announced as a finalist.
The award show is a black-tie event.
We are very limited on extra tickets as this is a intimate award ceremony with only 150 guests attending.
