Guide on how the awards are organised


1 – Nominations are open for all categories. The deadline for all entries is the 6th April 2020.  You can nominate for more than one category. The deadline will not be extended. The cost for entering is £20.00 per entry.


2- The judges will independently score the applications, all scores will be submitted to the Awards Chair who will collate the scores. The top 5 average scores in each category will be selected as the shortlist for each award. The Awards Shortlist will be announced on Tuesday 14th April 2020. The judges reserve the right to only shortlist those companies who stand a genuine chance of winning, therefore each category will be consist of a maximum of 5 companies.


3 – All Shortlisted applicants will be invited to attend a “Pitch to the Judges” session between Monday 4th May to Friday 26th June 2020. You will be given a 15 minute filmed pitch session where you will be able to explain to the judges why you think you deserve to win the award. Each entrant will get one pre-booked slot each and accompany your main application which we supplied to the judges.


4 – The Panel will be provided all the “Pitch to the Judges” interviews, two weeks prior to the awards, the judges will meet to vote for their Winners. These awards will be announced at the awards on the 4th September at the Radisson Edwardian Blu Manchester.

How do I nominate?

Nominating someone or yourself is quick and easy, simply navigate to the Enter tab at the top of the page and fill out the online form. All nominations are £20 per entry to cover the administration of the awards.

What do I do after I have submitted my entry?

If you are submitting another company forward to the awards, we suggest you contact them before the entry, if you not we suggest you do it immediately. That way they can put the dates in the diary and track their submission and chances of being shortlisted.

We shall contact the nominee via email confirming your nomination and to check whether the details we have is correct.

At this stage the nominee will also have the opportunity to send across any additional information to help support there application for the shortlist process.

How many will be shortlisted in each category?

This will be a maximum of 5 companies or individuals in each category.

When is the Shortlist Announced?

The Shortlist will be announced at 10am on the 14th April 2020, each of the successful applicants will be contacted directly at 9am to give prior notice for the announcement.

Can I enter more than 1 award?

Yes you can enter as many awards as you like, however we suggest ensuring you spend time writing the different qualities that you feel is relevant to each award.

How much are Tickets to the Awards?

Each ticket for the awards is £120.00 plus VAT. and includes the below

  • Drinks Reception and Entertainment
  • 3 Course Meal with tea and coffee
  • Wine served on the table
  • Live Entertainment during the event
