The judging will focus on:

  • Successes the person has had within the organisation
  • Achievements the person has had in the last year
  • Anything that has made the person stand out positively within the organisation

This award will be presented to an organisation with less than 5 employees and how successful your organisation is.

The judging will focus on:

  • Achievements in your organisation over the last year
  • Anything that has made your organisation successful over the last year

 

  1. Small Business of the Year (5 – 10 employees)

This award will be presented to an organisation with 5 – 10 employees and how successful your organisation is.

The judging will focus on:

  • Achievements in your organisation over the last year
  • Anything that has made your organisation successful over the last year

 

  1. Business of the Year (Over 10 employees)

This award will be presented to an organisation with over 10 employees and how successful your organisation is.

The judging will focus on:

  • Achievements in your organisation over the last year
  • Anything that has made your organisation successful over the last year

This award will be presented to an organisation with over 20 employees and how successful your organisation is.

The judging will focus on:

  • Achievements in your organisation over the last year
  • Anything that has made your organisation successful over the last year

 

  1. Outstanding Customer Service

This award will be presented to an organisation with incredible customer service feedback.

The judging will focus on:

  • 5-star customer feedback of the organisation
  • How the organisation gives great customer service

 

  1. Health and Wellbeing of Employees

This award is for an organisation whose primary concerns are for the health and wellbeing of their employees.

The judging will focus on:

  • Examples of the organisation helping the employees’ wellbeing resulting in a positive outcome
  • How the organisation promotes wellbeing to their employees

 

  1. Community Business Award

This award will be presented to an organisation who helps their community.

The judging will focus on:

  • Examples of how an organisation helps their community
  • Examples of an organisation showing social responsibility

 

  1. Innovative Business in COVID-19

This award will be presented to an organisation who has changed and innovated their business throughout COVID-19.

The judging will focus on:

  • Examples of success with innovative ideas for their business
  • Future innovative ideas for their business

 

  1. Manchester Business Award

This award will be presented to an organisation who is passionate about their city and its people.

The judging will focus on:

  • Examples on how they include their passion for Manchester in their business
